In terms of market expansion, Kwezi V3 has expanded its operations into areas like Zambia, Swaziland, United Arab Emirates and Mozambique. Although growth is very important, the company is equally committed to the training and development of its staff. “We recently signed a training deal with Knowledge Base Software. We will now be able to offer standardised training and software across all regions,” says the company’s systems quality manager Pieter Kriel. “A mandate was issued that Civil Designer would be used as the preferred choice across all divisions and all branches have started to standardise their software.”

“With the standardisation of software across all business units, productivity between branches will increase. Civil engineers will now be able to start         

a project in one region without having to switch between programs. It will also be far easier to monitor and control standards across business units when everyone is operation on the same platform,” explains Jannie du Toit, civil services development associate for the Bellville office.
