THE ROAD MODULE
|
Civil Designer's Road Module is suitable for urban and rural roads, freeways, airports, railways and dams.
The module features intelligent profile selection for multiple cut and fill conditions, a TRH4 pavement designer, SABS927 kerb editor and TRH17 horizontal, vertical alignment and super elevation design criteria.
It includes climbing and auxillary lane analysis and regression analysis for alignment of single and dual carriageways. In addition, the program creates full working plans, long and cross section with crossing services, COLTO specification and SABS1200 volume calculations with layerworks. The module also provides a minimum sight distance and comprehensive sight analysis tool.

Congratulations to the Jeffares & Green Group who are celebrating their 85th anniversary this year.
Jeffares & Green will be launching a book to mark the occasion, 'Chronicles from the Bushveld' which
pays tribute to JLS Jeffares, together with Hal Green and other pioneers of engineering in Africa. Knowledge Base look forward to attending their anniversary and launch on 14th November.
