Knowledge Base is proud to announce a brand new service offering for our valued clients. As from the 1st of October the Knowledge Base Recruitment Centre is fully functional and all your recruitment needs can be handled directly. Through years of experience and specialization in the Civil Engineering and Design industries we can comfortably say that we are in the best position to make sure that you get the right person for the job.

After encountering numerous problems using the usual recruitment agents for our own staff needs, we realized that we were better qualified to sift through the applications ourselves as we know and understand the industry well. With a little restructuring and the employment of Yvonne Beebee, one of South Africa’s leading recruitment specialists, we are now in a sound position to help you source the best personnel to meet your specific needs.

Along with the typical assessment procedures, we use the following two integrated approaches when assessing staff:

1. Targeted Selection Method - provides insights into a candidates competency through a series of situational behavioural tests

Knowledge Base Software will be attending the upcoming IMESA 2004 Annual Conference and Exhibition between 26 and 29 October 2004.

Surveyors are the first people into the green fields to prepare the landscape for future development. People tend to take the hidden parts of infrastructure for granted. Turn on the tap and water just comes out.

"Sometimes in the planning not enough emphasis is placed on these non-visible services. You can't have a clinic or a library without a road to service it. Medicines, books and personnel can't get there, the people can walk there, but that's no good if there isn't anybody to help them.
