Adding Kerbs to Road Template (version 6.5)

This Tech Tip explains how to add kerbs created in the kerb Editor to a Road Template.

Adding the Kerb

Tools Menu › Template Editor


The Template Editor dialog will open, notice the Kerb Settings button that has been added.

To add a kerb profile to your template click on this button.

The Kerb Settings dialog will open.

For single carriageway templates:


For dual carriageway templates:


This dialog allows you to add a kerb to the template. Click on the browse button to select the kerb profile that needs to be added to the template.


The Kerb Selector dialog will appear, click on the Load Group button to add the kerb profile.


Once the kerb profile has been selected it will be added to the Kerb Selection dialog.

Multiple kerbs can stored in a kerb profile, select the kerb to be added.


Click Apply to add the kerb.


Different types of kerbs can be added if required and multiple kerb profiles can be added to the Kerb Selection dialog.




Click OK to add the kerbs to the template.

Switching to the View tab in the Template Editor, you will see the selected kerbs added to the template.
