Generate Cross Sections at Specific Chainage Intervals
This Tech Tip explains how to modify the Cross Section sheetfile so that the cross sections are generated at a specified interval.
Modifying the Sheetfile
Plot Menu › Sheet File Editor
Click on the Load button, open the Cross Section sheetfile.
Click on the Open button to continue.
Click on the Cross Section tab (on top) and Layout tab (at the bottom)
Change the "Round chainages to:" value to the desired interval.
Once the changes are made, the sheet file needs to be saved.
Click on the Save As button. (give the sheet file a new name, so that the original is kept in case the editing corrupts the file or gives unexpected results)
