Adding Custom Text to the Road Longsection

This Tech Tip explains how to edit the road longsection sheetfile to add Custom Text.

Click on the Sheet File Editor Button to open the loaded sheet file in the editor.

Civil Designer has a predefined options that can be selected depending on which item is selected. Right clicking in the Custom Text columns will display these options.

To add custom text for the Horizontal Curve, Right click in the first cell in the Custom Text row, the following dialog will appear. (Note: Custom text can be added to any of the fields i.e. left vertical, left grades etc)
 

Right clicking in any of the fields provided will list the predefined options available. To select an item, left click.
