shown.
Terrain Mode › Tools Menu › Export DXF View

The first step is to create layers that will be used for the exporting
of the data.

Type in the layer name and click on the Add button.

Once the layers have been added click on the OK button

The next dialog allows the user to specify what information is stored
in the layers defined previously. In this example
there is only one layer, and only the points option is
active (in the project display settings only points
was selected)

Click OK to save the 3D DXF

Using the same project, but with points, heights, names, breaklines and
contours shown.

Additional layers are added.

Notice that there are additional items active. The user can select
which layer is used to store the information that will
be saved in the 3D DXF.
Click OK to save the 3D DXF file.
As a test, we will open the file in AutoCAD 2002.

Clicking on a line will give you the coordinates and the height (shown
in lower left corner)
Listing the layers in the drawing shows the
information is stored in the layers specified.
